Mentor the future of computer science with Bold Idea this school year in ideaSpark CI Coding Clubs. Once a week you can work directly with students in 3rd - 12th grade as they learn how to create websites and games. No prior coding experience is required* - All you need is an understanding of the learning process and enthusiasm to help young coders discover all that computer science skills can offer them.

In-person Coding Club volunteers are expected to follow the Bold Idea COVID Safety Policies

*while coding experience is not required - it can be helpful and mentors without coding experience should expect to spend some time getting to know the Bold Idea curriculum.

Both virtual and in-person mentoring opportunities are available. Please remember to be clear what semester you are registering for (fall 2022, spring 2023, or both).
